Zymeworks Announces Updated 2026 Financial Guidance and Final Transaction Details Following Theravance Biopharma Acquisition

Zymeworks completed its acquisition of Theravance Biopharma, adding YUPELRI to its portfolio and providing durable cash flows. The company updated 2026 guidance to $278-292 million in total revenue and $114-128 million in Adjusted EBITDA. The acquisition is expected to deliver mid-teens IRR with immediate accretive revenue and cash flow, financed through a $350 million non-recourse note from OMERS and $217.5 million in existing cash.
