Zacatecas Silver Closes the Second Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement

Zacatecas Silver Corp. closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, issuing 14.6 million units at $0.07 per unit for gross proceeds of $1.02 million. Combined with the first tranche, the company raised $2.5 million total to fund its maiden drill program at the Oso Negro project in Sonora, Mexico, and continued exploration across its six-project Mexican portfolio.
