YY Group Acquires 95% Stake in Profitable Singapore-Incorporated Distributor

YY Group Holding Limited completed the acquisition of a 95% stake in Xtreme Solutions Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based distributor, for S$4.5 million (US$3.5 million). The target generated S$6.0 million in revenue and S$600,000 in net profit in FY2026. YY Group plans to leverage its digital marketing capabilities and YY Circle platform (500,000+ members) to modernize the distributor's operations and expand into overseas markets, with the acquisition expected to be accretive to revenue and net income in the first full quarter post-completion.
