XT Exchange has launched XT Pay's Scan to Pay feature, allowing users to make purchases at participating merchants using USDT from their Spot accounts through QR code payments. The service converts USDT to local currency at point of sale without requiring manual conversion, expanding stablecoin spending adoption following a 319% year-over-year increase in stablecoin card volume reported by Visa in 2025.
