Worthington Enterprises Increases Quarterly Dividend by 5%; Adds Brad Southern to Board of Directors

Worthington Enterprises Inc. announced a 5% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.20 per share, payable September 29, 2026. The company also appointed Brad Southern, retired Chairman and CEO of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, to its board of directors. Southern brings over 40 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and building products. The company will hold its fiscal fourth quarter earnings conference call on June 24, 2026.
