WISeSat.Space Announces SEALSQ’s Firm Intent to Acquire Capacity and Operational Services Associated with 12 Satellites for QSOC

WISeSat.Space and SEALSQ have signed a binding letter of intent for a $15 million transaction where SEALSQ will acquire satellite capacity and operational services for 12 WISeSat.Space satellites to establish the Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud (QSOC). The deal combines WISeSat.Space's satellite infrastructure with SEALSQ's post-quantum cryptography and security technologies to provide secure communications and digital identity services. The initial 12-satellite constellation is designed to support progressive expansion to 100 satellites by 2033.
