WISeKey Announces Results of Class B Share Election and Name Change of BVI Merger Subsidiary to WISeQey Corp.

WISeKey announced the completion of its Class B share election process for its proposed cross-border merger with its British Virgin Islands subsidiary, now renamed WISeQey Corp. The election concluded on September 23, 2026, with 518 holders electing to receive WISeQey Class B shares. Upon merger completion, WISeQey will issue 5,180 Class B shares, 4,176,654 ordinary shares, and 1,819,060 Class F shares. The merger was previously approved by shareholders and remains subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
