WISE at Work: Early Results Show Paychex AI Is Reducing Payroll Errors and Improving Service Efficiency at Scale

Paychex announced early results from its WISE AI platform, which has been adopted by over 50,000 businesses. The agentic AI engine has demonstrated significant improvements in payroll error prevention, with nearly 90% of identified errors corrected before payroll runs, and has handled over 350,000 workforce conversations with more than 20% resolved without human involvement. The platform is now rolling out across Paychex Flex users with plans to expand further.
