Why Ondas Is Spending $125 Million To Buy Cyberhawk

Ondas (NASDAQ: ONDS) has agreed to acquire Cyberhawk for approximately $125 million to expand its critical infrastructure intelligence capabilities. The acquisition combines autonomous systems with AI-powered inspection software and analytics. Cyberhawk expects over $45 million in revenue for fiscal year 2027 with 95% recurring revenue, a $95 million backlog, and projected EBITDA margins expanding to over 25% by 2030. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026 and will be funded about 95% in cash.
