Western Union and Intermex Provide an Update on Pending Acquisition of Intermex

Western Union and Intermex announced that regulatory approval has been received from 51 U.S. states and territories and all international jurisdictions for the pending acquisition. The companies are awaiting final approval from the New York State Department of Financial Services, with plans to close the transaction upon receipt of this approval and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
