WENDEL : David Darmon, Directeur général et membre du Directoire de Wendel, quittera ses fonctions le 30 novembre 2026

David Darmon, Directeur général and member of Wendel's Directoire since 2019, will step down on November 30, 2026, after 21 years with the company. His departure follows Wendel's strategic transformation into a dual-engine model focused on principal investments (WPI) and third-party asset management (WIM), which has reduced his operational scope. Darmon will remain fully in function during a four-month transition period.
