Vishay Intertechnology Optical Sensors With Photodiode Output Enable High Speed, Wear-Free Optical Data Communication

Vishay Intertechnology introduced four new Automotive Grade optical sensors (VCND2040X02, VCND2040SLX02, VCND2045X02, VCND2045SLX02) for battery management and industrial automation. The devices feature data rates up to 6 Mbit/s, rise/fall times down to 9 ns, and support flexible mounting options. AEC-Q102 qualified, they provide EMI/RFI immune optical communication for improved system reliability and safety.
