Vireo Growth Inc. Completes Acquisition of Bridgewell Agribusiness LLC and Plans to Acquire Dispensaries in Nevada and Maryland

Vireo Growth Inc. completed its acquisition of Bridgewell Agribusiness LLC, a supplier of organic and non-GMO food and agricultural products, for approximately $13.66 million in closing purchase price. The company simultaneously announced plans to acquire dispensaries in Nevada and Maryland through separate agreements with M3 Wellness and HA-MD, with total consideration of $2.05 million combined.
