VINCI finalises the acquisition of Fletcher Construction in New Zealand

VINCI has completed its acquisition of Fletcher Construction, a New Zealand-based construction company with €630 million in annual revenue and 2,300 employees. The deal strengthens VINCI Construction's position in New Zealand's infrastructure market, which is experiencing strong growth. Combined with previous acquisitions, VINCI now generates over €830 million in revenue across New Zealand.
