VINCI finalise l’acquisition de Fletcher Construction en Nouvelle-Zélande

VINCI Construction has completed its acquisition of Fletcher Construction, a New Zealand-based infrastructure company with approximately 630 million euros in annual revenue and 2,300 employees. The acquisition strengthens VINCI's presence in New Zealand's dynamic infrastructure market, complementing its existing portfolio of local companies including HEB Construction, SOL, and Wharehine.
