VICI Expands Tenant Base With New Century Mile & Century Downs Lease

VICI Properties will lease Century Mile and Century Downs racetracks in Alberta, Canada to Highfield Investment Group under a new 20-year triple-net lease with initial annual rent of C$10.7 million. The transaction represents a tenant reshuffling rather than rent growth, as VICI's aggregate rent remains unchanged while shifting from Century Casinos to Highfield. Upon closing, Highfield will become VICI's 17th tenant, further diversifying the REIT's portfolio.
