Velinotamig, a BCMAxCD3 T Cell Engager, Achieves Complete Renal Responses and Significantly Reduces Disease Activity in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in Data Presented at ACR Convergence 2026

Cullinan Therapeutics announced positive Phase 1b/2a clinical data for velinotamig (GR1803), a BCMAxCD3 T cell engager, in patients with refractory systemic lupus erythematosus. Among 9 evaluable patients, 8 achieved clinically meaningful disease activity reduction, with 4 of 7 patients with elevated proteinuria achieving complete renal responses within 24 weeks. The drug demonstrated a favorable safety profile with no dose-limiting toxicities or serious adverse events.
