VCI Global announced that its subsidiary V Gallant has signed a definitive agreement to acquire controlling rights to PT Fine Carbon Credit Indonesia (FCCI), which operates forestry assets across approximately 241,000 hectares in Indonesia. The acquisition aims to expand VCI Global's AI infrastructure, carbon credit, and real-world asset (RWA) ecosystem strategy. The company expects the platform could support millions of carbon credits during the project lifecycle, with voluntary carbon market prices ranging from $10-$50+ per unit depending on quality and certification standards.
