UPDATE -- Canada-Japan Support Advances Xanadu and Mitsubishi Chemical Partnership on Quantum Semiconductor Research

Xanadu Quantum Technologies and Mitsubishi Chemical have announced the second phase of their collaboration to advance quantum computing applications in semiconductor fabrication, specifically for extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography. The partnership, supported by Canada's National Research Council Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) and Japan's Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP), aims to develop a fault-tolerant quantum computing-ready software pipeline to identify materials that prevent radiation-induced blurring in chip manufacturing.
