UPDATE -- Alamar Biosciences and Nightingale Health to Lead UK Biobank 80,000-Sample Neurodegenerative Disease Study

Alamar Biosciences and Nightingale Health announced a major collaboration to conduct the UKB-PRISM study, measuring blood-based protein biomarkers in 80,000 UK Biobank samples to identify early molecular indicators of neurodegenerative diseases including Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. The study, funded by The Michael J. Fox Foundation, Alzheimer's Research UK, and LifeArc, will be completed by end of 2027 and create an open-access resource for researchers worldwide.
