UMH PROPERTIES, INC. SECOND QUARTER 2026 OPERATIONS UPDATE

UMH Properties reported strong second quarter 2026 performance with 10.3% increase in total rental income, record home sales of $11.4 million, and net occupancy gains of 139 units. The company strengthened its balance sheet through preferred share issuance and successfully amended its revolving credit line to $260 million with improved terms, positioning itself for continued growth through its substantial inventory of vacant sites and land.
