TScan Therapeutics Announces Positive Initial Data from Cohort C of Ongoing ALLOHA™ Phase 1 Study Evaluating TSC-101 in Patients with Heme Malignancies Undergoing Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation

TScan Therapeutics reported positive results from Cohort C of its Phase 1 ALLOHA study of TSC-101, a TCR-engineered T cell therapy for hematologic malignancies. 11 of 14 patients achieved complete donor chimerism within three weeks of the first infusion, with all 5 patients assessed after a second infusion showing complete chimerism. The commercial-ready manufacturing process achieved a 90% success rate. The company remains on track to initiate its Phase 3 ALLOHA-2 study this month.
