Transactions in connection with share buyback programme

Netcompany Group A/S executed 33,971 shares under its DKK 750m share buyback programme during the week of 24-28 August 2026, with an accumulated total of 1,261,162 shares repurchased to date. The company now holds 1,581,124 treasury shares (3.4% of total share capital) following the transactions and vesting of restricted share units.
