Transaction in Own Shares

Admiral Group plc has purchased 250,000 ordinary shares for cancellation between 21-27 October 2026 as part of its buy-back programme announced on 30 September 2026. The shares were purchased through UBS AG at a weighted average price of approximately 3,837.62 pence per share across multiple trading venues. Following this week's purchases, the company has acquired 1,000,000 shares in aggregate since the programme commenced, at a weighted average price of 3,709.19 pence per share. The issued share capital will consist of 305,304,676 ordinary shares after cancellation.
