Transaction in Own Shares

Shell plc announced the purchase of approximately 1.88 million shares for cancellation on November 4, 2026, as part of its share buyback program initiated on October 29, 2026. The shares were purchased across multiple trading venues in GBP and EUR at prices ranging from £37.98 to £38.82 and €45.70 to €46.72 respectively. The program, managed by BNP Paribas and Natixis, will continue through January 29, 2027, in compliance with UK and EU market regulations.
