The two-story townhomes will feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, up to 2,000 square feet, and are expected to be priced from the upper $400,000s. The community will offer resort-style amenities including pools, fitness center, trails, and low-maintenance living with included lawn care and trash removal.
