Telenor acquires Enivest in Western Norway

Telenor has agreed to acquire Enivest, a leading fibre operator in Western Norway, for NOK 2.5 billion. The deal includes Enivest's fibre network, approximately 28,000 customers, and a 34% stake in Årdalsnett. Enivest will operate as a separate entity under current management. The transaction is expected to close in 2026 pending Norwegian Competition Authority approval.
