Technip Energies announces the pricing of its €500 million notes maturing in 2033

Technip Energies successfully priced a €500 million issuance of 4% senior unsecured notes due June 10, 2033, with the offering oversubscribed more than five times among European investors. The notes are expected to be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on the closing date, with net proceeds intended for general corporate purposes.
