Technip Energies annonce la fixation du prix de ses obligations d’un montant de 500 millions d’euros à échéance en 2033

Technip Energies has priced a €500 million bond issuance with a 4% coupon maturing on June 10, 2033. The offering was oversubscribed more than five times among European investors. Settlement is expected on June 10, 2026, with listing on Euronext Paris. The company plans to use net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
