TC Energy announces sale of Guadalajara-Manzanillo Pipeline

TC Energy Corporation announced the sale of its Guadalajara-Manzanillo Pipeline in Mexico to ESENTIA Energy Development for $560 million (US$400 million). The transaction, expected to close in the first half of 2027, is part of TC Energy's portfolio optimization strategy to redeploy proceeds toward accretive growth opportunities in North America. TC Energy will retain its broader Mexico natural gas pipeline network of approximately 3,300 kilometers.
