„Swedbank“ suteikė 130 mln. eurų finansavimą bendrovei „Akropolis Group“

Akropolis Group, a leading real estate development and management company in the Baltic states, has signed a €130 million 7-year credit agreement with Swedbank to refinance previous debt and support long-term investments and expansion projects. The company reported strong H1 results with revenues up 29% to €81.6 million and EBITDA growth of 28% to €56.6 million, maintaining BB+ credit ratings from both S&P Global Ratings and Fitch Ratings.
