Swarmer, Inc. (NASDAQ: SWMR) announced a definitive agreement to acquire Ratel Robotics, a leading Ukrainian unmanned ground vehicle manufacturer, for up to $224 million in cash and stock. The acquisition combines Swarmer's combat-proven autonomy software with Ratel's battle-tested UGV platform, expanding the company's capabilities in autonomous systems. Ratel has secured $86 million in contracts this year and operates with NATO certification. The combined entity will employ approximately 500 people.
