Stoneshield Capital se alía con Franklin Templeton y Clarion Partners

Franklin Templeton, through its subsidiary Clarion Partners, has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Stoneshield Capital, a leading European real assets manager with €8 billion under management. The acquisition will triple Clarion's European AUM to €11 billion, increase total Clarion AUM by 12% to €72 billion, and boost Franklin Templeton's total alternative assets above $300 billion. Stoneshield specializes in thematic real assets investments across residential, student housing, digital infrastructure, science and innovation, hospitality, and critical infrastructure sectors. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026.
