Standard Lithium Appoints Ralph Alexander to the Board of Directors

Standard Lithium Ltd. announced the appointment of Ralph Alexander as an independent board member effective immediately. Alexander brings over 40 years of experience in energy, chemicals, power and infrastructure sectors, including previous roles as CEO of Talen Energy Corporation and Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings. The company granted him 300,000 incentive stock options as part of the appointment.
