SRX Global and CERO 1236, a Wholly-Owned SPV, Enter into Definitive Agreement to Acquire CERo Therapeutics, an Innovative Cellular Immunotherapy Company Developing CER 1236 for Hematologic Malignancies

SRX Global Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire CERo Therapeutics Holdings, Inc., an innovative cellular immunotherapy company developing CER-1236 for hematologic malignancies. The acquisition will be structured through a wholly-owned SPV (CERO 1236) to avoid diluting existing SRX shareholders. The transaction is expected to accelerate CER-1236's clinical development and provide CERo with enhanced access to capital and operational resources. CERo has treated six patients in its Phase 1 CERTAIN-T trial with no dose-limiting toxicities observed at increased dose levels.
