SPX Technologies Announces Acquisition of Neptronic

SPX Technologies completed the acquisition of Neptronic Inc. for approximately US$430 million (CA$605 million). Neptronic, a Montreal-based HVAC solutions manufacturer with ~300 employees and US$75 million in annual revenues, will join SPX's HVAC segment. The acquisition expands SPX's capabilities in precision thermal management, intelligent controls, and engineered HVAC solutions for data centers, healthcare, and education sectors. SPX plans to accelerate Neptronic's growth through expanded channel access and operational resources while maintaining its innovation culture.
