SPIE annonce les résultats du rachat de ses ORNANEs à échéance janvier 2028 pour un montant d’environ 388 millions euros

SPIE successfully completed a buyback of 2,801 of its 2028 ORNANEs (sustainability-linked convertible bonds) for €388 million, representing approximately 70% of total issued ORNANEs. The final repurchase price was set at €138,487 per bond. The remaining 1,073 ORNANEs will be redeemed early on October 22, 2026, at their nominal value plus accrued interest. The buyback is conditional on the settlement of SPIE's new €500 million sustainability-linked bond due 2032.
