SPIE successfully issued a €500 million sustainability-linked bond maturing in 5.5 years at 4.875% coupon. The company launched a partial cash buyback offer for its 2028 ORNANEs targeting up to €388 million, with remaining bonds to be redeemed early on October 22, 2026. The new bond proceeds will finance general corporate needs and refinance existing debt.
