Spider Digital Technology Ltd. and Starlink AI Acquisition Corporation Announce Definitive Business Combination Agreement

Spider Digital Technology Ltd., a cryptocurrency mining pool operator, has entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Starlink AI Acquisition Corporation (NYSE: OTAI) to go public in the United States. Spider Digital has been valued at US$250 million for the transaction. Upon completion, both companies will become wholly owned subsidiaries of a new publicly listed entity (PubCo) on the NYSE, subject to shareholder approvals and regulatory requirements.
