Solaris Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Solaris Resources Inc. held its annual shareholder meeting on June 30, 2026, where all proposed matters were approved, including the election of five directors, appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditors, and ratification of unallocated stock option plan entitlements.
