Sodexo: Succession to Sodexo’s Chair of the Board of Directors

Sodexo's Board of Directors has proposed Nathalie Bellon-Szabo as the new Chairwoman, succeeding Sophie Bellon who has led the company since 2016. Bellon-Szabo, who has been CEO of Sodexo Live! and a member of the Group Executive Team since 2018, will transition to a non-executive role. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the December 16, 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting and coincides with the launch of the Group's Shift & Grow 2030 growth acceleration plan.
