Sklad Prosperus Retail Property Fund se je dogovoril za 200 milijonov evrov vreden prevzem nakupovalnega središča Ozas od družbe NEPI Rockcastle

Prosperus Retail Property Fund has signed an agreement to acquire the Ozas shopping and entertainment centre in Vilnius from NEPI Rockcastle for €200 million. This marks the fund's first major transaction as it establishes itself as a significant investor in Baltic retail real estate. Prosperus plans to build a €1 billion portfolio within 18 months through additional acquisitions and active management of high-quality retail properties across Central and Eastern Europe.
