Siris neemt het belang van 19,1% van Active Ownership in Agfa-Gevaert NV over

Siris Capital Group has agreed to acquire a 19.1% stake in Agfa-Gevaert NV from Active Ownership as part of a strategic investment. The transaction is contingent on the completion of the previously announced merger between Agfa's Digital Printing Solutions business and Electronics for Imaging, Inc. (EFI), a Siris portfolio company. Siris plans to serve as a constructive shareholder supporting Agfa's growth and ongoing transformation.
