Silexion Therapeutics Announces First Patient Successfully Dosed in Phase 2/3 Clinical Trial of SIL204 in Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Silexion Therapeutics announced the first patient has been successfully dosed in its Phase 2/3 clinical trial of SIL204, an RNAi therapy for locally advanced pancreatic cancer with KRAS mutations. The trial combines direct intratumoral EUS-guided delivery with subcutaneous dosing alongside standard chemotherapy. The study includes an initial safety cohort of ~18 patients followed by expansion to ~166 patients across Israel and Germany.
