SIKA TO ACQUIRE ADHESIVES BUSINESS SERVING ASIAN GROWTH MARKETS

Sika has agreed to acquire the adhesives business of Resonac Corporation, a Japan-based chemical company. The acquisition strengthens Sika's position in Asian automotive markets, expands its customer base among Japanese OEMs, and creates manufacturing synergies across Japan, China, and Taiwan. The deal is expected to close in mid-2027.
