SIKA ERZIELT STARKES 9-MONATS-ERGEBNIS MIT 4.8% UMSATZWACHSTUM IN LOKALWÄHRUNGEN UND BEKRÄFTIGT 2026 PROGNOSE

Sika reported strong nine-month results with 4.8% sales growth in local currencies, reaching CHF 8.71 billion. The company improved its material margin to 55.4% and maintained EBITDA margin at 19.2%. Sika's Fast Forward cost-saving program is on track to deliver CHF 80 million in savings by 2026. The company completed acquisitions of Akkim and Azpects Group, and agreed to acquire Resonac Corporation's adhesives business. Sika confirmed its full-year 2026 guidance of 3-6% sales growth in local currencies.
