Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the acquisition of SFR

Bouygues Telecom, Free-iliad Group, and Orange have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire SFR from Altice France for €20.35 billion in enterprise value. The transaction aims to create a competitive telecommunications ecosystem in France while preserving jobs through 2029. The deal is expected to be finalized in the second half of 2027, pending regulatory approval.
