Signature d’un protocole d’accord en vue de l’acquisition de SFR

Three French telecom operators—Bouygues Telecom, Free-iliad Group, and Orange—have signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire SFR from Altice France for €20.35 billion. The transaction aims to create a more competitive and resilient telecom ecosystem in France, with job guarantees for SFR employees through early 2029. Regulatory approval is required, with closing expected in H2 2027.
