Shoals Technologies Group Prevails in Patent Infringement Case Against Voltage in North Carolina

Shoals Technologies Group won a patent infringement lawsuit against Voltage LLC and Ningbo Voltage Smart Production Co., with a jury awarding over $96 million in damages and finding willful infringement of Shoals' patents. The court also granted a preliminary injunction preventing Voltage's LYNX product from being manufactured, distributed, or sold in the United States. This victory follows a June ruling by the International Trade Commission that barred importation of Voltage's infringing products.
