Share buy-back program

Royal Unibrew has executed additional share buy-backs under its expanded DKK 700m program. Between June 1-4, 2026, the company purchased 87,000 shares at an average price of DKK 407.55, bringing total accumulated purchases to 983,000 shares (4.3% of share capital) valued at DKK 454.5m. The program runs through August 14, 2026.
